（1）The window where oil is filled must be clean, and strictly prohibited to be exposed to sunlight or stored outdoors. It should be stored in a dark, dry, and ventilated environment to prevent the mixing of water and dust.

（2）When taking or filling oil, the light rain around the barrel cover must be completely removed to prevent debris from mixing into the oil and causing pump wear.

（3） Vacuum pump oils of different grades and varieties cannot be mixed, and new and used oils cannot be mixed.

（4） Strictly avoid mixing vacuum oil with other lubricating oils, and do not mix light oil products, otherwise it will affect the vacuum pumping.

（5） Solvents, water vapor, and corrosive gases pumping should be avoided. The oil must be checked and replaced frequently when in use.

（6） When changing the oil, the used oil in the pump should be drained. After filling in new oil, slowly rotate the pump shaft, clean the pump chamber to drain the remaining oil, repeat the cleaning several times, and then replace with new oil.

（7）During pump overhaul, all components of the pump must be cleaned with solvents or cleaning agents and dried.

（8）Refueling equipment must be specialized and should not be a container or pump that has been used to hold other oils or solvents.

（9） When mineral oil is exchanged with ester oil or other synthetic oils, the pump should be disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. All components must be immersed in the oil to prevent contamination.

（10）If chemical gases and solvents are inhaled and affect the vacuum pumping, it must be cleaned and replaced.

（11）Oil change deadline: a. When the vacuum pumping drops and cannot meet the needs; b. When the color of the pump oil becomes darker and brown, the oil should be changed.
