The Pfeiffer full range vacuum gauge PKR series includes models PKR 251, PKR 261, and new models PKR 360 and PKR 361. It adopts the inverted magnetron with built-in Pirani and cold cathode (anode rod), the range is from 1E-9 to 1000 hPa, the output analog signal of 0-10V, and can be connected to PLC. The PKR series offer multiple universal ports to choose from and offers corrosion-resistant models, suitable for all vacuum applications. It can be used together with German Pfeiffer vacuum gauge displays TPG 361, TPG 362, and TPG 256 A.
