Equipment introduction：

Car light sputtering vacuum coating machine is a professional equipment for sputtering aluminum, tin and others on injection molding or metal surfaces in a vacuum state. Equipped with advanced technology and stable monitoring tools, it has a fast film forming speed, good film compactness, high purity, bright color, uniform and durable, and does not produce industrial wastewater, avoiding environmental pollution. It is an ideal equipment for large-scale production. The equipment is widely used in industries such as automotive reflectors, automotive lights, mobile phones, handicrafts, and decorations. It is a magnetron sputtering equipment that cleans the surface of injection molded materials by ion bombardment in a vacuum state, and then uses sputtering to deposit a metal film. The surface of the deposited metal film is directly coated with an oxide protective film (SiOx silicon oxide film). Automatically and continuously perform low vacuum exhaust, arc bombardment pre-treatment (product surface cleaning and activation), high vacuum exhaust (X10-5Torr), aluminum evaporation (aluminum coating), anti oxidation coating (covering the aluminum film with silicon oxide hardening film to prevent aluminum film oxidation and detachment) and other processes in the vacuum chamber. The vacuum chamber is a vertical double door structure, and the jig is fixed on the door and can rotate automatically. The rotation speed can be adjusted steplessly through a inverter. The setting and operation of the device are completed by a touch screen display, which visually displays the entire operating status of the equipment.

This equipment is mainly used for aluminum coating on automotive lights, automotive interior parts, computer cases, phone cases, metal films, non-conductive films, electromagnetic shielding films, and other metal films.
