Equipment introduction：

It is a fully automatic heating wire evaporation coating equipment that deposits a metal film on the surface of injection molded materials (PC, PBT, ABS, BMC, etc.) under vacuum, while directly depositing an oxide protective film (SiO2 silicone film) on the surface of the deposited metal film. Automatically and continuously perform processes such as low vacuum exhaust, arc ion bombardment pre-treatment (product surface purification), high vacuum exhaust (X10-3 Pa), aluminum evaporation (aluminum coating), and anti oxidation coating (covering the aluminum film with a silicon dioxide hardening film to prevent oxidation and detachment) in vacuum. The vacuum chamber is a vertical double door structure, and the product jigs are fixed on the door, which can rotate and revolve simultaneous , and the rotation speed can be adjusted. The setting and operation of the equipment are completed by a touch screen display, which visually displays the entire operating status of the equipment.

This equipment is mainly used for aluminum coating on automotive lamps, automotive interior parts, computer cases, phone cases, metal films, non-conductive films, electromagnetic shielding films, and other metal films.

2. Vacuum system: mechanical pump (RP)+Roots pump (MBP)+diffusion pump (DP)+plycold unit (reaching -140 ℃).

3. Circulating water cooling device: Vacuum system cooling unit.

4. Process power supply: AC voltage regulating power supply (thyristor controlled voltage).

5. Control system: Programmable controller, touch screen.

6. Production cycle: 12-15 minutes (depending on the product).

Production cycle: Shorter than similar equipment production cycle -900sec (15 minutes)/1 cycle (dry without a large amount of gas release).

Coating method: Heating wire evaporation coating method.

Coating quality: Each door has 6-8 sets of jigs that rotate and revolve simultaneously, with uniform coating thickness, suitable for mass production of economical car lights.

Dehumidification ability: The vacuum chamber is equipped with a plycold below -140 ° C, which fully absorbs moisture and improves the vacuum speed.

Operating costs: The vacuum chamber is large and can coat large volume products each time, resulting in low operating costs for each product.

Number of jigs: Depending on the size of the product, the jigs can be changed to 6 or 8 at will, and no adjustment is required during replacement.

Floor area: The double door structure has smaller installation and operation area compared to similar equipment.

Operation method: The human-machine interface can be intuitively set and monitored, with management passwords that cannot be changed by unrelated personnel.
