Equipment introduction：

It is a fully automatic production line sputtering coating equipment that directly deposits an oxide protective film (SiO2 silicone film) on the surface of the injected material while depositing a metal film on it under vacuum. Automatically and continuously perform low vacuum exhaust, arc bombardment pre-treatment (product surface purification), and anti oxidation coating (covering the aluminum film with silicon dioxide hardening film to prevent oxidation and detachment) in the vacuum chamber. The vacuum chamber has an independent structure, and the product hanger flows continuously on the assembly line with adjustable speed. The setting and operation of the equipment are completed by a touch screen display, which visually displays the operating status of the entire equipment.

1. Vacuum chamber: Five independent sections, cross-sectional size 360 (W) mmX1200 (H) mm, material: SUS304.

2. Vacuum system: 5 mechanical pumps (RP)+5 Roots pumps (MBP)+diffusion pumps (DP)+plycold (up to -140℃).

3. Circulating cooling water device: vacuum system cooling water unit, magnetron sputtering electrode cooling unit.

4. Process power supply: DC power supply (used for aluminum sputtering); DC POWER; Medium frequency power supply (used for pre-treatment and oxidation protection film coating treatment); MF POWER.

5. Control system: Programmable controller, touch screen.

6. Production cycle: 1 minute (depending on the product).

Production cycle: Short production cycle, -60sec/1cycle (dry without significant gas release ).

Coating material: suitable for various metals (such as aluminum, nickel, copper, nobelium and other metal materials).

Coating method: Metal sputtering coating and protective coating are continuously completed (no other anti oxidation treatment is required after coating).

Coating quality: High brightness, strong adhesion, and products with good smoothness can be directly coated without base coat after injection molding.

Coating speed: Two 60Kw high-power magnetron sputtering electrodes, instant and rapid coating in large quantities.

Dehumidification ability: The vacuum chamber is equipped with an ultra-low temperature freezing system below -140 ° C, which fully absorbs moisture and improves the vacuum speed.

Operating costs: Sputtering electrodes are self-developed products that greatly improve the efficiency of targets use.

Defective rate: No need the usual processing steps (base coat and aluminum film protective paint spraying) reduces defective products.

Floor area: Loading and unloading at a fixed location only requires a small operating space.

Operation method: The human-machine interface can be intuitively set and monitored, with management passwords that cannot be changed by unrelated personnel.
